We're looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a long-term temporary basis to provide admin support at the offices of one of our clients, a fast growing technology start-up in NYC.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide general admin support to an office of 60+ employees, but reporting into senior management.
  2. Coordinate and schedule events, including catered lunches, interviews, and hosted meet-ups.
  3. Organize files on shared computer folders and handle inbound/outbound mail.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related experience as an admin assistant.
