Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking multiple Admin Supervisors for home activities events during the 2025-2026 school year and beyond.

Multiple dates and times are available and there is flexibility to choose the days you want to work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and intervene as needed if there are any issues with fans attending the event
• Greet visiting teams and escort them to their locker rooms
• Greet officials and escort them to their dressing room
• Greet table workers
• Check in with event workers to make sure things are functioning properly
• Provide money boxes to ticket takers and collect money boxes and return to the athletic office
• Close and lock up the press box after outdoor events
• Return iPads, locker room key, and microphone to the athletic office after indoor events

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prefer current employment with Hutchinson Public Schools
