Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position
Experience in customer service, general office, veterinary animal care, or general work in a hospital setting.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies
Knowledge of office equipment regarding multi-windows use/diverse software applications, including multi-relational database systems is required. Working knowledge of MS office applications, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook preferred. Typing speed 35 wpm or higher preferred. Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment that necessitates multi-tasking abilities while under pressure. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Punctuality and attendance are critical to fulfill the mission of the organization.
