Job summary

Harris Health seeks an experienced leader to direct the strategic, quality, financial and operational management of non-clinical ancillary operations, including Security, Supply Chain, Safety, Facilities and Environmental Services. You will ensure services meet accreditation and licensure standards while driving excellence across the system.

• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
• Five (5) years of Healthcare administration or operations experience, preferably involving a combination of maintenance, budgeting, and general plant activities at a healthcare facility.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible managerial experience in healthcare administration or operations is required, preferably in a large, complex healthcare environment managing multiple sites/hospitals within a healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic, quality, financial and operational management of non-clinical ancillary operations for departments such as Security, Supply Chain Management, Safety, Facilities and Environmental Services.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.

Work Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) years of Healthcare administration or operations experience, preferably involving a combination of maintenance, budgeting, and general plant activities at a healthcare facility.

Management Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) years of progressively responsible managerial experience in healthcare administration or operations is required, preferably in a large, complex healthcare environment managing multiple sites/hospitals within a healthcare system.
