Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Director at Broadmoor Campus. This role provides high-level administrative support including researching, preparing statistics, handling information requests, and clerical tasks such as drafting correspondence and scheduling meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Graduation and at least 3 years of broad administrative experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; 3+ years of broad administrative/secretarial experience preferred.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Business Education/Technical training.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access is expected.

Responsibilities

Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.
