Responsibilities

We seek self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented individuals for an immediate opening as a FBO General Manager. The General Manager oversees customer satisfaction, safety, operations, maintenance, and financial performance of the FBO. The role requires compliance with all applicable regulations. Previous FBO or aviation management experience is essential.

• Maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and quality of services
• Lead and develop staff to perform at high standards
• Manage operations, customer service, sales, and accounting teams, motivating them to exceed targets
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
• Oversee all business functions, including service delivery, facilities, staffing, and equipment maintenance; develop new business opportunities
• Serve as liaison with the airport authority
• Manage the facility's budget, forecasts, and financial health
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

Prior aviation/FBO management experience is required. Flexibility for a 24/7 operation is necessary. Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 5-8 years of general aviation experience; airline or related aviation experience considered
• Strong financial, administrative, and management skills
• Proven track record of excellence and ethical conduct
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
