Job description

Hiring in Beaufort and Hampton.

Under the supervision of the Industrial Program Administrator, the Welding Instructor will provide instruction in accordance with the established Welding curriculum.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide instruction including hands-on and theory, classroom management, and administrative tasks that may include reports.
  2. Recommend for approval adequate instructional materials for the course.
  3. Recommend adequate laboratory facilities/equipment for the assigned course.
  4. Supervise students.
  5. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Industrial Program Administrator.

REQUIRED: Associate’s Degree in Welding Technology with two (2) years of teaching experience; or a Technical Diploma and/or certification in Welding with two (2) years of working experience as a welder.
