Missouri State University-West Plains seeks adjunct faculty to teach courses in Viticulture and Enology for the Spring 2027 term. Adjunct faculty are appointed per course and may teach day or evening sessions, online or hybrid formats. Begin date is 01/18/2027 for Spring term.

Duties include teaching, grading, and supporting students. Applicants must hold a master’s degree or equivalent professional experience; Bachelor’s degree may be acceptable in some areas as determined by the Dean.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a field approved by the Dean.
• Bachelor’s degree may be acceptable in certain subject areas as determined by the Dean.

Responsibilities

• Teach Viticulture and/or Enology courses as assigned.
• Grade students’ work in a timely manner and provide feedback.
• Be available to assist students with course-related matters and submit attendance and grades by deadlines.
• Complete course assessments on time and participate in required training.
