Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Proven teaching skills with the ability to convey concepts clearly.
• Ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds and online pedagogy understanding.
• All instructors must meet the appropriate credentialing requirements for SACS.

Responsibilities

• Instructing assigned classes.
• Grading all quizzes, tests, and written assignments.
• Assigning final grades and delivering grade justification sheets.
• Maintaining a safe and effective classroom environment.
• Responding to student inquiries regarding course content and grading.
• Collaborating with department colleagues as necessary.
• Completing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
