Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with a Certified Surgical Technologist credential and at least 3 years of recent scrub/teaching experience; travel to clinical sites and meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related area with CST credential
• 3+ years of recent scrub/surgical technology teaching experience preferred
• Willingness to travel to clinical sites and off-site meetings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Waypoint, and Canvas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in the Surgical Technology Program
• Deliver curriculum and support student success across multiple campus locations
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical sites to coordinate training and assessments
• Participate in program meetings and off-site system meetings as needed
