Job summary

Utica University’s Education Programs seeks NYS certified teachers to supervise student teachers and graduate students in the Albany, Catskill, and downstate regions. Work closely with aspiring teachers while giving back to the profession. This position is part-time.

The schedule and supervision load are flexible, and mileage for travel is reimbursed. Salary is paid per placement, ranging from $510 to $1,020 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education required.
• Certified and Licensed NYS Teacher required.
• Previous teaching or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student teachers and graduate students.
• Coordinate placements with Albany, Catskill, and downstate regions.

• Must have previous teaching experience.

Supervisory Responsibility:

• This position will supervise our Education students.

Driving Responsibility:

• This position requires travel, must have valid driver's license.
