Qualifications

• PTA requires an Associate’s degree in Applied Sciences.
• PT requires a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as PTA or PT in Texas.
• Three years experience as a licensed PTA or PT.
• Ability to teach and communicate with students of varied multicultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise PTA students in lab or classroom settings.
• Advise students during clinical hours as needed.
• Grade student weekly papers and evaluate students as needed in each class.
