Position Summary
The UIC School of Law, Chicago'sonly public law school, is seeking a highlymotivated and passionate Adjunct Professor to join our team and teach coursesin the Juris Doctor program. This is a part-time, non-tenure-track positionoffering an opportunity to contribute to the intellectual development of futurelegal professionals.
AdjunctProfessors normally are appointed for one semester at a time and teach one ortwo courses in an academic year.
Mostcourses are taught in person at our downtown Chicago campus, during the day orevening; some also include synchronous or asynchronous online components. Alearning management system is used to post syllabi and other materials andcommunicate with students. Adjunct faculty are required to participate inorientation and training sessions and to comply with academic and institutionalpolicies.
