You will monitor progress, provide timely feedback, and ensure alignment with stated objectives. This role requires a Masters degree (Doctorate preferred) and experience in online teaching environments.

Job Description

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Participates in course content meetings.
• Collaborates with the course coordinator to maintain the integrity of the curriculum.
• Facilitates course content in accordance with the stated objectives.
• Maintains high standards of excellence in online facilitation and serves as a role model for students in professional interactions.
• Facilitates individual and group learning goals.
• Moderates small group online synchronous chat sessions and actively interacts in online small group discussion forums.
• Demonstrates competency of theoretical knowledge in areas of expertise.
• Assesses, evaluates, and monitors student progress, providing timely feedback to students.
• Records and maintains accurate class records.
• Provides the course coordinator with ongoing data related to student performance.

Field of Study: Degree at or above the degree level of the course being taught, from a regionally accredited academic institution A minimum of 18 graduate-level semester hours of credit in the discipline(s) being taught. Meet the standards set by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges, and Universities.
