Job summary

Rowan University seeks adjunct faculty and SMEs to deliver BS in Healthcare Management and MS in Healthcare Management courses in-person and online. Candidates will support courses across delivery modes, including in-person lectures and asynchronous online formats.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, or related Public Health Management with clinical experience.
• Strong skills in critical thinking, emotional intelligence, leadership, diversity, and inclusion.
• Strong communication skills for clear objectives and feedback to support student success.
• Teaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred.
• Doctoral-level degree in a relevant field is preferred for the MS in HCM program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures in-person and facilitate discussions to engage students.
• Develop and deliver engaging online course content for asynchronous delivery.
• Support first-year, transfer, and 3+1 students across programs.
• Collaborate with instructional designers as SMEs to create master course shells when needed.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain course grades per university policy.
