Job Overview

St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally‑ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college, is seeking a pool of qualified applicants for possible temporary part‑time teaching assignments. These positions are filled on an as‑needed basis and are ongoing recruitments. Assignments may include day, evening, and weekend courses and may be in‑person, online, or blended courses. As staffing needs arise, the dean of arts and sciences will review the pool and contact those applicants interested in interviewing. Adjunct faculty may also be needed to fill last‑minute voids, allowing departments to communicate their most recent teaching needs at the time of interviews.

Minimum Academic Qualifications

The expectation is that individuals who teach at the undergraduate level will typically hold a master’s or higher in the discipline or subfield in which they teach.

Minimum Professional Experience

At least five years of professional experience in the field with demonstrated currency in the field at the time of appointment (work experience, publications, licensure, presentations, or equivalent within the last five years).
