Job summary

Fordham University is seeking part-time Non-Tenure Track faculty to teach Philosophy of Human Nature and Philosophical Ethics. Instructors may teach up to two courses per semester at Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses, depending on scheduling and qualifications.

We seek instructors who foster engaging, inclusive learning in line with Fordham's Jesuit mission. A terminal degree and college teaching experience are required; candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Philosophy (PhD or MA) required for new hires.
• Minimum of one year of college/university teaching experience.
• Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse students.
• Commitment to student-centered teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Teach Philosophy of Human Nature and Philosophical Ethics courses.
