Candidates must hold an MSN for classroom teaching, a BSN for clinicals, and an Oklahoma RN license with at least two years of nursing experience. Salary and rank are commensurate with qualifications.

Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing for Classroom teaching.
Current, unencumbered RN license in Oklahoma.
Minimum of two years RN experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal and teaching skills.
Experience using learning management systems (Canvas) and online delivery.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings.
Plan learning activities and develop syllabi according to program requirements.
Manage courses in Canvas and coordinate online/hybrid delivery.
Design and deliver online or hybrid courses with engaging virtual activities.
Coordinate clinical orientations and supervise student activities in the clinical setting.
Collaborate with faculty and simulation staff to enhance learning experiences.
