Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in applicable state.
• MSN degree required; BSN considered depending on campus
• Minimum two years RN clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development in nursing.
• Use assessment and evaluation strategies.
• Participate in curriculum development and evaluation.
• Evaluate student learning and program outcomes.
• Align instruction with state/federal regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Design and implement PSLO-aligned assessments.
• Support ongoing program quality improvement.
• Maintain current nursing practice knowledge and expertise.
• Promote Galen College of Nursing's mission and values.
