Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current Georgia Practical Nursing License and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Must obtain Train the Trainer Workshop certificate within 60 days if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans for classroom instruction for credited technical/occupational courses to meet program goals and state standards.
• Evaluate students' progress toward goals and objectives in the curriculum.
• Maintain supplies/equipment and prepare budget requests as needed.
• Maintain program certification requirements and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain all accreditation/state licensing reports and documentation.
• Ensure safety and security in the training area.
• Meet with students, staff, and educators to discuss instructional programs.
• Assist with recruitment, retention and job placement efforts.
