For a Adjunct Lecturer title:
MS/MA or PhD in Information Sciences, Information Technology, Library and Information Science, Computer Science, Design, Art, Media or related fields.
Teaching experience at advanced levels.
For an Adjunct Instructor title (Informatics courses only):
Bachelor's in Information Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, Art, Media or a related field.
Significant industry experience.
Candidates may be offered an affiliate, non-service appointment initially. When teaching need is determined an additional offer denoting courses, salary, and service will be commensurate with course load. The expected start date for Spring 2027 is January 16, 2027 and for Fall 2027 is August 16, 2027.
Eligibility for Spring semester appointments will be determined and communicated during the preceding November.
The budgeted salary for these positions is $7500 for each 4-credit hour semester long course.
