Responsibilities:

1. Deliver clinical instruction according to approved syllabi and effective teaching methods.
2. Develop lesson plans, advise, tutor students, and maintain accurate records.
3. Participate in faculty meetings, seminars, and training sessions.
4. Serve as an educator, role model, and mentor, facilitating student learning to meet program outcomes.
5. Assess student learning activities to ensure understanding and achievement of outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of occupational experience in nursing or a related field.
2. Recent patient care experience within the last five years in the nursing area.
3. At least one year of teaching experience related to registered nursing or equivalent training.
4. Training in educational methods, testing, and evaluation.
5. Experience with online learning management systems preferred.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or relevant sciences.
8. Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in California.

Salary Range: USD $42.29 - USD $61.31 per hour
