Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mathematics or Education with state certification.
• Three+ years of K-12 teaching experience.
• Valid Florida Department of Education teaching certificate.
• Willingness to engage students as active partners in teaching/learning.
• Credentialing requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction for assigned courses in accordance with approved curriculum and objectives.
• Supervise and evaluate student field experiences as required by the program.
• Prepare and submit course syllabi at least 45 days prior to the start of the semester.
• Complete attendance verification and enrollment reporting within deadlines (Canvas).
• Evaluate student learning through quizzes, exams, assignments, and performance-based assessments; maintain grade records.
• Submit final grades by deadlines.
• Provide ongoing guidance and timely feedback to students.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Integrate instructional technology and educational software.
• Participate in departmental, divisional, and adjunct meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
