Lamar University is seeking adjunct faculty for the Mathematics Department to teach necessary courses. The role involves engaging undergraduate students and implementing effective teaching strategies.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Mathematics or equivalent graduate courses. Previous teaching experience is preferred. This position will primarily involve teaching lower-level mathematics courses in an indoor classroom setting.
The Department of Mathematics seeks candidates for adjunct faculty to teach courses as needed by the department. The successful candidate will actively engage undergraduate students. Teaching responsibilities mostly include instruction in lower-level courses.

Able to lift 25 lbs and be able to perform a variety of physical tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, stair climbing and walking between buildings.
