Adjunct Lecturer or Adjunct Assistant Professor - African American Studies
New York City College of Technology (City Tech) of the City University of New York (CUNY) is a comprehensive college offering associate and bachelor’s degree programs in downtown Brooklyn.
The African American Studies Department seeks instructors to teach courses for the Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027 semesters. Instructors with expertise in music, art, history, theater, literature, and/or media are especially urged to apply. An interdisciplinary approach to teaching and learning is expected.
*Salaries for eligible employees will be adjusted by 3.5% effective 9/1/26, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
