Description

The Department of General Business within the Chambers College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University invites applications for Part-Time Adjunct Faculty positions to teach undergraduate courses.

The Department of General Business offers courses in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Organizational Leadership and Business Communications. The department values intellectual diversity and demonstrated ability to work with various students and colleagues. Areas of need include but may not be limited to classroom and online courses in the above subjects.

Qualifications

These positions at minimum require a master’s or doctoral degree in business or related discipline as well as ability to teach in one of the aforementioned subjects. Applications will be accepted throughout the year and will be considered as openings arise. Salary is established on a per course basis. While these positions are not anticipated to be benefits eligible, individual positions may become benefits-eligible based on course load - which may vary depending on departmental need.
