Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA approved law school.
• Licensed member of a state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal practice; exceptions possible for outstanding credentials.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned course(s) in accordance with curriculum and standards.
• Hold class sessions in-person, online, or hybrid as required.
• Design and administer exams, papers, simulations, or practical exercises.
• Evaluate student performance in line with grading policies and timelines.
• Provide meaningful feedback to support learning and bar preparation.
• Respond to student communications promptly and professionally; offer out-of-class guidance.
• Engage in duties as determined by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
