The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College is one of the largest regional colleges in Ohio. Veterinary Technology Adjunct Faculty responsibilities include teaching a variety of courses including lecture, lab, and clinical courses based on candidates’ expertise.
Adjunct faculty members will be expected to (1) use our course management system (Canvas) and any textbook-specific systems; (2) hold regular office hours to meet with students and reply to student communications in a timely manner; and (3) participate in at least one professional development workshop per year.
Many lectures are offered using online lecture delivery. Adjuncts should be comfortable using technology and be willing to attend professional development opportunities to learn how to properly apply technology in the virtual classroom as a requirement for teaching online.
