Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the teaching discipline or Master’s with 18 graduate credit hours.
• Transcripts, certificates, and/or license must be submitted with application.
• SACS credential standards are required for all faculty.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in the approved discipline.
• Provide instruction to facilitate student learning outcomes.
• Mentor students inside and outside of the classroom.
• Create and maintain an effective learning environment across modalities (face-to-face, hybrid, online, dual credit).
• Maintain familiarity with College policies and procedures.
• Provide instruction in traditional and non-traditional learning modes and prepare instruction.
• Provide timely feedback to students and respond to communications promptly.
• Assess student performance and submit final grades on time.
• Attend adjunct faculty meetings.
• Complete required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
