Job summary

FVCC invites applications for adjunct instructors to teach an online course, Introduction to GPS for Surveyors, in the Surveying AAS program for the spring 2027 semester (January 19 - May 13, 2027). The ideal candidate will convey subject knowledge effectively, foster positive student relations, and maintain appropriate instructional records.

Qualified applicants will have at least three years of surveying experience or post-secondary education in the field, with experience using online learning

  • Three years of experience in the occupation to be taught OR three years of post-secondary education in the career and technical discipline, combined with work experience.
  • Experience using online learning management systems.
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations.
