Mohawk Valley Community College invites applications for part-time Adjunct Instructors to teach courses in Criminal Justice, Chemical Dependency Practitioner, Human Services, Psychology, Childhood and Early Childhood Education, Physical Education for Teachers, Physical Education, and Sociology. Instructors are needed to teach on-campus in Utica, NY, with both daytime and evening assignments as required.

Adjunct faculty members teach contracted classes in accordance with MVCC policies.

• Maintain attendance records and integrate current instructional delivery technologies.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with discretion and courtesy.

MVCC's School of Public and Human Services invites applications for part-time Adjunct Instructors. We are seeking Instructors to teach courses in the following disciplines: Criminal Justice, Chemical Dependency Practitioner, Human Services, Psychology, Childhood and Early Childhood Education, Physical Education for Teachers, Physical Education, and Sociology.

Adjunct faculty members teach contracted classes in accordance with established policies and guidelines. Courses may be taught in traditional classroom settings, virtually, or a combination. This position may include both daytime and evening class assignments. Specific assignments will be made according to the academic qualifications and availability of the individual and the School needs.

Overview Of Job Duties
