City Colleges of Chicago seeks an Adjunct Instructor to teach Physical Science (Introduction to the scientific method, astronomy, geology, oceanography, and meteorology) during the fall 2020 semester.
The ideal candidate will design courses to meet learning outcomes, foster critical thinking, and promote active student participation in learning. Must work in person and communicate effectively with a diverse student body, aligning with the college's open access mission.
Olive-Harvey College is currently seeking an Adjunct Instructor to teach Physical Science (Introduction to the scientific method, astronomy, geology, oceanography, and meteorology) during the fall 2020 semester. The salary range is the following per contact hour based on education: Master's - $800, Master's +30 - $837, Doctorate/Terminal (including MFA) -$943. Offered salary will be determined by the respective collective bargaining agreement and applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
