Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Physical Science (Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Geology, etc.) or master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in a Physical Science.
• Knowledge of Brighspace Learning Management System, preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse group of staff and students required
• Experience with a diverse, multi-lingual student population is desired, as is a commitment to the open access mission of the community college.

Olive-Harvey College is currently seeking an Adjunct Instructor to teach Physical Science (Introduction to the scientific method, astronomy, geology, oceanography, and meteorology) during the fall 2020 semester. The salary range is the following per contact hour based on education: Master's - $800, Master's +30 - $837, Doctorate/Terminal (including MFA) -$943. Offered salary will be determined by the respective collective bargaining agreement and applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
