Job Description:

SUNY Broome Community College is seeking candidates forpart-time adjunct instructors teaching in the Radiologic Technologydepartment.

Applications for Adjunct Instructor positions areacceptedon a continuous basis. Candidates are contacted andhired as opportunities arise, depending on thecollege'sneeds.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field is required.AMaster's degree is preferred.
• Teaching and/or clinical experience working with students ishighly desired.
• Applicants should be comfortable in the learner-centeredclassroom and have a strong commitment to the community collegemission.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicantsmust be authorized to work in the United States without current orfuture sponsorship from the employer.
• Contribute to accreditation and assessment processes.
• Candidates should be able to provide documented two years'clinical experience in the diagnostic imaging discipline.
• The ideal candidate must have the ability to teach all areas ofRadiologic Technology and hold an American Registry of RadiologicTechnology certification and New York State License.
