Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in a business-related field.
• Ability to teach undergraduate students through engaging instruction.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered academic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DBA or Ph.D. in a business-related field
• 3 or more years of experience teaching at the undergraduate level.
• Research experience.

Physical Demands:

Ability to manage and deliver instruction for a course over a semester, including timely communication and grading.
