Job summary

Oregon State University invites applications for part-time, 9-month fixed-term Instructor positions for the 2026-2027 academic year. Appointments cover Management, Entrepreneurship & Strategy, and/or Supply Chain & Logistics Management, with emphasis on inclusive pedagogy and diverse student engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant business field and a demonstrated commitment to educational equity and inclusive excellence.
• PhD in a related business field is preferred and teaching experience at college/university level is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Management, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, and/or Supply Chain and Logistics Management using inclusive, student-centered instruction.
• Develop and deliver course content, assess student learning, provide feedback, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Engage in service activities supporting the College, University, and professional community.
• Contribute to inclusive excellence through teaching, student engagement, and professional development.
