Adjunct Instructor: Introduction to Health and Wellness (EXSC 110), Exercise Science Program
Xavier University, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking candidates to join our pool of potential adjunct faculty for the 2026-2027 academic year. This posting is intended to collect applications for a part‑time, non‑tenure track position for an Adjunct Instructor for Introduction to Health and Wellness.
Preferred qualifications include work or teaching experience related to the foundational concepts of health and wellness that contribute to a healthy and fulfilling life. The Introduction to Health and Wellness course incorporates ethical, moral, and spiritual reflections of socially relevant health issues.
This position will include teaching one, three‑credit hour class in the exercise science major on Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM (Start date 8/17, End date 12/11). Contracts for adjunct faculty members are issued on a semester basis.
