Qualifications

• Bachelor's with graduate coursework in Reading and Writing and adult education focus.
• Master's degree in Reading, Developmental Education or Literacy preferred.
• Experience with online learning systems and diverse adult learners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach INRW courses and Co-Reqs to a multicultural student population.
• Utilize varied instructional strategies aligned with course outcomes.
• Evaluate student progress with timely feedback and maintain office hours.
• Support collegial standards and participate in professional development.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Reading, Writing, English, Language Arts, or Curriculum and Instruction with graduate hours in Reading and Writing and education focused on adult learners

Master's degree in Reading or Developmental Education or Literacy

MA in English with Reading/Writing hours
