Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching area including Social Work, Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Nonprofit Management, Mediation, Counseling Education, Public Administration, or related educational programs.
• Experience in online or hybrid instruction and undergraduate teaching excellence.
• Knowledge of human services management principles, practices, and ethical standards.
• Understanding of leadership theories and their application in human services settings.
• Familiarity with diverse populations and culturally responsive teaching methods.
• Ability to design courses and use learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Human Services Management and Leadership, Gerontology, ADR, or Substance Abuse Treatment.
• Engage students online, hybrid, and in-person to support student success.
• Develop and update course materials and assessments.
• Mentor diverse student populations and collaborate with faculty.
