Gateway Technical College invites applicants for an Adjunct Instructor, Data Analytics (BWS) to deliver on-campus data analytics courses, guide students and support workforce-ready skills. Courses are assigned by department needs, with flexible day/evening/weekend hours and traditional face-to-face format.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in CS/IS/Tech or an Associate in Data Analytics with relevant work hours; and substantial recent occupational experience or teaching experience.

$45 - $51/hr
Location
District-wide in Kenosha, Racine and Walworth Counties, Wisconsin.

Flexible availability is needed to accommodate day, evening and weekend students. Hours vary by course and student enrollment.

This posting will create a pool of qualified applicants who may be considered, as needed, for temporary adjunct teaching assignments. This is not a full-time position. Adjunct instructors provide student-centered instruction, advising and support on a course-by-course basis.

Adjunct faculty are temporary, part-time instructors hired to provide instruction, student advising and student support. Courses are assigned based on departmental needs and are subject to student enrollment.
Unless otherwise indicated, courses are delivered in a traditional face-to-face format on campus and not online. This instructor reports to the Dean, Business Workforce Solutions.

Applicants must meet one of the following qualification pathways:
Included in the experience above, at least 2,000 hours of verified occupational experience must have been completed within the last five years, or the applicant must have at least two years of full-time postsecondary teaching experience, or eight semesters of part-time postsecondary teaching experience, in the occupational field within the last five years.
