• Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution.
• Prior teaching experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach RELS 210: Introduction to Christian Morality.
• Prepare lectures, projects, homework, assessments aligned with the syllabus.
• Grade student assignments in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback to promote academic success.
• Maintain regular office hours and be available for students.
• Attend program/department meetings as requested.
• Demonstrate current teaching methods for college courses.
• Present clear instruction related to the course subject.
• Learn and use USJ technology to facilitate teaching.
• Meet all designated class periods per the academic calendar.
• Submit mid-semester and final grades to the Registrar on time.
• Leave course records with the department chair at course end.
• Provide a supportive atmosphere for student success.
