The Industrial Sewing and Innovation Center (ISAIC) in Detroit seeks an Adjunct Instructor to support the Lead Instructor in delivering the Fundamentals of Industrial Sewing and Production (FISP) program. This nine‑week contract involves orientation, training, and teaching duties across August–November 2026.
Compensation is $18–$22 per hour with up to 40 hours per week; benefits are not offered for this contractual position. Applicants should be available for all required dates.

We are looking for Adjunct Instructors to support our Lead Instructor with delivery of our Fundamentals of Industrial Sewing and Production (FISP) program. This program is delivered 5‑6 times a year for 8‑week periods.
This is a nine‑week temporary position. Candidates must be available for the following required dates:
Interested candidates must be available to participate in all required orientation, training, preparation, and teaching dates throughout the duration of the assignment.

Direct engagement with: Lead Instructor, Students (youth and adult), T&D Team
External: N/A
Compensation: $18-$22 per hour, maximum 40 hours per week for nine weeks.
