Job summary

Lansing Community College invites applications for Adjunct Instructor - Heavy Equipment Repair Technician at the AIS Training Center. Positions are filled per semester as needs arise; open to current AIS Instructors only, with regular on-campus presence expected.

Teaching in a lab/classroom setting with heavy mobile equipment, scheduling may include daytime and/or evening hours. Review of applications occurs when a vacancy exists, with potential contract per the PT salary schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an industry-related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree in heavy equipment repair with 5+ years relevant experience.
• High School diploma or GED with 7+ years relevant industry experience.
• Current AIS Instructor status.
• If educational degree is required, submit unofficial transcripts with application.

Responsibilities

• Primary duty is teaching students in instructional settings.
