Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Anatomy, Anatomical Sciences, Medicine, Physician Assistant Studies, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a closely related health sciences discipline.
• Experience teaching gross anatomy at the graduate and/or professional level is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in human anatomy and its clinical application.

Responsibilities

• Teach Gross Anatomy within the Physician Assistant Program in accordance with the approved curriculum and course learning outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality instruction through lectures, laboratory experiences, and active learning strategies.
• Facilitate learning through the use of advanced anatomy visualization technology.
• Develop and administer assessments that measure student achievement of course objectives.
• Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
• Maintain accurate course records and submit grades in accordance with University policies.
• Collaborate with program faculty to ensure curricular integration and continuous quality improvement.
• Participate in course evaluation and revision as needed to support program effectiveness and accreditation standards.
• Maintain compliance with University policies and applicable accreditation requirements.
