Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling or Social Work or Master’s with 18 hours in related fields.
• Experience teaching in Social & Human Services and ability to teach SAB/HSE prefix courses.
• Familiarity with college LMS and tech tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and deliver course content to meet learning outcomes.
• Engage students and provide prompt, respectful feedback.
• Follow course syllabus and administrative guidance.
• Collaborate with support services to address student needs.
• Utilize College technology including LMS, email, calendars, and SIS.
• Meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure labs have supplies and equipment is safe.
• Foster a positive, student-centered environment.
