Regent University’s School of Education is expanding its dissertation faculty, seeking experienced educators to serve as adjunct dissertation chairs for Ed.D. and Ph.D. students.

Chairs mentor doctoral students from proposal to defense, provide feedback, ensure APA compliance, and utilize online instructional technology as needed; compensation is $100 per credit hour per student.

Qualifications

• Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Education from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a traditional qualitative or quantitative dissertation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in APA Style.
• Comfort working with online instructional technology.

We’re growing our dissertation faculty at Regent University’s School of Education!

We are seeking experienced educators and scholars to serve as adjunct dissertation chairs for students in our Ed.D. and Ph.D. programs.

This is a wonderful opportunity for those who enjoy mentoring emerging scholars and helping doctoral students turn meaningful research ideas into completed dissertations that can make a difference in education.

Our dissertation chairs guide and encourage students throughout the research process, provide practical and constructive feedback, and help students successfully navigate the milestones of their dissertation journey.
