Job summary

The New York Institute of Technology in New York City is seeking a part-time (Adjunct) Instructor for the Spring 2027 semester. The successful candidate will teach Psychology and/or Sociology in-person courses, requiring a doctoral degree in psychology and prior teaching experience.

Candidates must also have experience using an LMS for course delivery and should participate in orientation as necessary. Competitive hourly rates are offered based on experience.

The Psychology and Counseling Department at New York Institute of Technology’s Manhattan campus anticipates an opening for a part-time (Adjunct) Instructor for the Spring 2027 semester.

We expect that the new adjunct faculty hire will be assigned to teach Psychology and /or Sociology in-person courses.
