Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University is recruiting a pool of applicants on an ongoing basis for adjunct teaching positions for graduate and undergraduate courses. The Department of Psychology will consult the adjunct applicant pool and contact qualified applicants for interviews as needed.

Duties include meeting course instruction guidelines, promptly grading, responding to student inquiries within 24 hours, and submitting final grades in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field with teaching experience.
• Ph.D. or other doctoral degree in Psychology or related discipline preferred.
• Previous experience teaching Psychology courses at VCU.

Salary Range

Starting at $1,487 per credit hour
