Job summary

ECPI University is seeking Physics professionals to join our faculty at the Virginia Beach campus. As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands‑on instruction in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes.

This on-site position offers compensation per course section ($1,499–$1,705) based on discipline, credential level, and course type, and ECPI University

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physics or Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.
• Applied or practical work experience preferred; 2 years teaching or presentation experience a plus.
• Strong academic and professional record.
• Experience in a student-centric and hands-on learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical hands-on instruction in Physics using engaging teaching methodologies.
• Help students achieve learning outcomes through active learning and assessment.
