Responsibilities
- Demonstrate mastery of discipline, commitment to mission, technological competence, and ability to engage students.
- Employ teaching methods to accommodate various academic levels and incorporate engaging technology across modalities.
- Facilitate needs of diverse learners by implementing responsive pedagogical techniques and effective engagement practices.
- Examine and adapt instructional, relational, and classroom practices to better engage and support students.
- Engage in student consultation, course preparation, review of outlines, and preparation of syllabi.
- Provide prompt and constructive support through regular office hours, timely feedback on assessments, and prompt email responses.
- Adhere to reporting deadlines such as grade processing, enrollment verification, syllabus submission, and textbook adoption.
- Participate in service to the college and its community.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Associate Science Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, or a Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Florida license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
- High level of digital literacy and commitment to teaching.
- Three (3) years of full‑time work experience in the field.
- Prior college teaching experience is preferred.
