Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide campus is currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach BSHF 300 - Human Factors I: Principles and Fundamentals at our Worldwide campus.
This course provides an understanding of the basic principles of Human Factors Psychology. We study research, principles, and methods essential for optimizing the interaction between people and machine elements within a system, considering the environment.
Note: ERAU policy requires adjuncts to be physically located within the United States during employment, including training. Currently, work from California is unsupported, and international work is limited to U.S. military bases.
If selected, candidates must provide proof of qualifications, including transcripts, licenses, certifications, military experience, or verified professional experience.
Doctoral or Master's degree in the relevant discipline, or a Master's with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline.
